辣椒酱制作

2010年7月20日，来自实兆远南华国中辅导协会参加卫理文化之旅，在早上8点从南华国中出发。

首先参观的是垦光饼点，大家一下车就向那好吃的光饼冲了上去，购了光饼后，大家就开始 看老板大显生手做那好吃的光饼。过后，我们就到辣椒产，看如何制作及包装辣椒酱，有的还亲自下手学做，过后就到垦场博物馆参观，经过解说员的解说后，学生们对垦荒史及本地文化有更深入的了解。接下来我们就到制作面线店，看老板怎样制作面线，老板三两下就把“肥肥”的面条拉成细细的面线。接着，我们出发到红树林公园，这是一座自然生态的公园。该公园约有三百六十六尺长的行人板桥，多 座设计优雅的凉亭可让你停歇脚步并欣赏红树林景观，大家在这里玩得不亦乐乎。最后一站就是大家兴奋的时刻了，因为可以好好的休息和医饱肚子。 吃饱后，学生们带着愉快的心情踏上归途。

卫理文化之旅-----Methodist Heritage Tour

成立〖卫理文化之旅〗的目的是希望透过历史遗址让更多人目睹和体验实兆远的历史与背景。在1－11－2008这一天，来只班台的育青独中参与了卫理文化之旅，当天大约20位师生一同出发到一些较有历史的地方去探讨，如：登陆处、闽南区、博物馆等。之后我们移步到制作光饼和面线的店里去观赏如何制作光饼和面线，那过程让我们觉得是一件不简单的事。我们还到海产店和精品店去购物，最后到红树林看那可爱又顽皮的猴子。这天的旅程带给大家一段美好的回忆也让我们对以前的历史更了解。

美食土产

面线
福州面线又称寿面源自于南宋，
至今已有八百多年的历史。
Mee Sua
The Hock Chew Mee Sua,also
known as 'sou mian' is originated
from the south of Dynasty Song
since eight hundred years ago.



酱料
甘文阁辣椒酱已驰名全马，早
前甘文阁辣椒酱只是家庭式生
产，随着日子增长已迈向企业
化大量生产。
Sauces
'Kg Koh Chili Sauce' is a famous
sauce in malaysia.If started as
a family bussinessand now it
becomes an industigal production
to support the needs.



海产
沙爹海产主要提供是来自邦咯
岛。这里的海产都很新鲜、价
钱便宜；各具有风味，值得一尝。
Sea food
Pangkor Island is the main
source of all the sea food in
sitiawan.The sea food here
are fresh and the prices are
reasonable. It's a food that
all must try!


燕窝
燕窝汤是华人文化以及传统已
有上百年的历史。近年来也成
了实兆远的经济投资。
Bird's Nest
Bird's Nest soup is part of the
culture and Traditional of the
Chinese more than 100 years.
Recently, it becomes one of the
financial investment in sitiawan.


光饼
光饼是用土瓮烘烤的，是四百
年前威继光征军的干粮。在饼
中凿一孔可以结串随身携带。
Kong Bian
Kong Bian is a biscuit which
baked with a clay oven. It was
the food for soldiers in wars
four hundred years ago.The
hole in the centre of 'Kong Bian'
is for the purpose of hanging all
together.

遗产文化

古井
此井位于林称美纪念公园，它成
被形容是生命活水之泉源。它从
不枯干、泉水更甘美，也催生了
运水队之行业。
Well of Salvation
This Well was located in the
memorial park of Ling Chen Mi,
and it 'never runs dry'a fitting
symbol of what the Methodist
Mission out to be in the place
(supplying thirsty souls with
water of life.)


祷告所
置处于福清样区的小径，一间昼
夜不息的守望所，也曾是医治并
释放心灵捆绑之所。以有五十多
年之久的历史。
Prayer
Located in Kg China,a place
functioning whole day and
night,was a place that the
soul set free it's already
been there for more than
50 years.


博物馆
一座曾经为垦民提供属灵和宗
教需要、民事、社会、行政及
土地事务的牧师楼。
Musuem
A building for the pastors which
a provideal spiritual and religion
needs and deal with all the problem
and needs of the people in sitiawan.


闽南区
经历二世战和紧急状态暴动的
福建垦区，一度曾经繁华的垦
区已成荒芜的废墟。
'Ming Nan' Area
This area experienced the 2nd
World War and Emergency in
1948 signaled the end of the
once prosperous settlement.


登陆处
三百六十三名中国福州垦民於
百年前在实兆远港口登陆，并
开拓了现今繁华的实兆远。
Landing Point
Hundred years ago,365 Foochow
Settlers form china landing in
sitiawan and start to build up
today's Sitiawan.

旅游景点

红土坎

红土坎处于沿海一带的小镇。本来只是

个寂寂无名的渔村，自有了大马皇家海

军基地，作为前往这些沿海岛屿名胜之

出发点之后它变一举成名了。

Lumut

Lumut is a small town along the

seaside. It was an unwell-know

fish village , but it becomes popular

after the Nary base was build

and becomes the port to other's

famous island.

直落巴迪

椰风蕉雨的直落巴迪湾是露营、野餐的好

去处，因为海水平静温暖，也是游泳、乏

舟或日光浴的胜地。

Teluk Batik

Teluk Batik is the most suitable

place for camping and picnic.

The coconut trees along the beach,

the calm and warm water is very

suitable for swimming, canoeing

or sun bathing.

红树林
红树林公园是一座游览自然生态的公园。
该公园共建了约三百六十六尺长的行人
板桥，多座设计优雅的凉亭让你欣赏红
树林景观。
Red Forest
Red Forest is a park for you to
explore the nature.It has a
walking path about three hundred
and sixty-six inches long
and some shelter for you to
enjoy the beautiful view of the forest.

邦咯岛

邦咯岛是九座小岛组成的岛群之中最大
的一座。悠闲宁静的环境，成为了疲倦
的上班族和探险家钟情的中途停留站。

保育中心

海龟保育中心位于班台以南的五湾，由

于地处僻静的野外，每年的八至九月会

有大量绿海龟及玳瑁登陆产卵。

Breeding Centle

' Turtle Breeding Centre' located

at the south of Pantai Remis.

It is a quite and isolated area,

therefore at the month of

August and September there

will be lot's of green turtle

come and lay their eggs.
